Layout and equipment
The kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms are on the ground floor, from the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a third bedroom.
- Modern equipped kitchen with induction hob, hot-air oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, blender
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin
- Bedroom 1 with double bed of 160x200 (or two 80x200 beds)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200)
- Mezzanine with one single bed (90x200)
From the terrace, you overlook the surrounding meadows and forests. The many trees surrounding the gîte provide shade, coolness and privacy.
The swimming pool is about 50 metres' walk away. It is shared with guests of the other gîtes and any campers from our mini-campsite. The pool is open from June to September.

- Washing machine at the campsite sanitary facilities (free of charge)
- Bed linen is always provided, bath linen is optional (€8/pp)
- There is no WIFI in the gîte, but there is 4G coverage. There is WIFI in the grounds
- Barbecue available
- Pets allowed
- The gîte is heated (only) with a wood-burning stove
Accessibility
The last 200 metres are via a dirt road. There is parking at the gîte.
This gîte is not wheelchair accessible. There are large differences in height on our property, so the walking paths can be steep. For those with a reduced mobility, it should be taken into account.
Pricing

Availability
In the calendar below, you can see on which days the gîte is already occupied. Are your preferred dates still available? Send us an e-mail with your reservation via info@auxmartis.com. Please state clearly for which period you wish to reserve, for which accommodation, the total number of guests and if desired: bath towels.
In high season it is only possible to book per week or per several weeks and the changeover day is Sunday (day of arrival and day of departure).
Outside of high season, the minimum booking period is 2 nights.
