Prices include bed linen, electricity, tourist tax, final cleaning.
Prices do not include
- bath linen (optional at €8/pp)
- security deposit of €150 (gîte 5p) or €300 (gîte 10p). This deposit will be refunded immediately after your departure, assuming there is no damage.

The Hirondelle, the Hibou and the Pivert are open all year round, the Renard only from May to October. Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. onwards, and check-out is until 10 a.m. The minimum booking period is 2 nights.
During high season
During the high season, bookings can only be made per week or for several weeks. For the Renard, the minimum booking period is also one week, but you are then free to book the desired number of additional days.
The gîtes have different fixed changeover days (day of arrival and day of departure):
- L'Hirondelle (5p): changeover day on Sunday
- Le Hibou (5p): changeover day on Saterday
- Le Pivert (5p): changeover day on Friday
- Le Renard (10p) : pas de jour de changement fixe
The calendars below show the availability of our gîtes. Is your desired date still available? Send us an email with your reservation to info@auxmartis.com. Please clearly state the period you wish to reserve, the accommodation, the total number of people and, if desired, bath towels.
To confirm your reservation, we require an advance payment of 50% of the total rental price. The remaining 50% and the security deposit must be paid no later than 40 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 40 days before the arrival date, we ask that you pay the full rental price and the security deposit at once.
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- cancellation within 24 hours of booking or up to 90 days before arrival: full refund
- cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before arrival: cancellation charge of 25% of full rental price
- cancellation between 59 days and 41 days before arrival: cancellation charge of 50% of full rental price
- cancellation from 40 days or less before arrival: no compensation, the cancellation charge is 100% of the full rental price
We always recommend taking out travel insurance.
